Engineering/R&D

Working closely with all aspects of product fabrication from conceptualization through design, the collaboration between Engineering and the Research & Development Department ensures effective manufacture and test of all designs and promotes seamless integration of new technologies.

New process and material development, yield and efficiency improvements, technical documentation, and Design for Manufacturing analysis are but a few of the ways that the Engineering/R&D group not only supports internal functions of Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, and Contracts, but also external customers, such as suppliers, CAD service bureaus, subcontractors, and licensees.
